Newa Guthi Victoria officially announced the date for Indra Jatra – Yenya Punhi Melbourne 2026 at a press meet, marking the beginning of preparations for another celebration of Newa culture and heritage in Melbourne.

Following the successful celebration in 2025, the community is coming together once again to celebrate with traditional music, dance, cultural performances and festivities.
